Allow 5-7 business days for USPS Standard Mail. Other expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Please note that some large orders may arrive in separate boxes which will NOT increase shipping charges.
Refunds and Exchanges
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return most items purchased in our shop for a full product refund or exchange for a different item/size. Please email email@example.com with your order number and issue. For exchanges, mail the item in its original packaging back to us and we will refund the item and then mail you a new one.
Please note: Shipping is a non-refundable charge unless the product was damaged or we mailed you the wrong product in error. In these two cases, we will generate a return label for you.
We cannot accept items that are returned more than 30 days after their confirmed delivery.
Packing and Sending Your Return
1. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return. Our Customer Service team will provide an RA# and the return address to ship the order back to. (We will reply within 36 hours.)
2. Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. Your order number and RA# MUST be included with the return to process your refund or exchange request. We recommend that you use a shipper with delivery confirmation to ensure your package is received and your refund/exchange processed.

Refunds will be made via your original payment method. Credit card refunds will be made within 10 business days of receiving and approving your return. You will see this credit on your credit card statement.
We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or if the product was received damaged.
International shipments are serviced by DHL Express, a global courier service with door-to-door tracking. While most customers receive their order within 1-3 weeks, this delivery time frame often depends heavily on the customs clearing process for your particular country.
All packages are shipped from the United States. Please be advised that your local government may assess international trade taxes or customs duties upon package arrival, which are not the responsibility of the ACLU. Contact your local customs office for more information.
