I hand these out like mints. I keep one in my purse at all times but I have inventory in my car. EVERY person is entitled to the protections of the constitution.

As a parent, I believe this book is a must have for ever teenager. Easy to read and to the point. Sadly, much of the information i didn't know before reading it. Planning to get each of my four children a copy.

Nice little book to refresh on some "Know Your Rights" basics. Simple and easy to read.
This is a good starting tool. However, you need to include rude aggressive law enforcement. Sometimes, police incite people (it's happened to me). I had to tell them, i am not talking to them anymore.
The book doesn't tell you how to deal with law enforcement with an attitude. The book assumes law enforcement won't be hostile at the start of an encounter
Very informative and easy to read. Every American should own a copy.
